I was hooked after tasting it from a local farmer's market, so much that I decided gather up the ingredients and mix my own.
Yes, a girl loves her sweets but I know how and when to reel it back in and get on track. This Spicy Thai Pineapple Trail Mix with Spanish almonds, raw cashews and sunflower seeds is packed with antioxidants. Great energy boost and gives glowing skin. Kinda on the pricey side but it's different than all the rest and over here we invest in what we digest.
I highly recommend that you try this trail mix. The tangy-sweet-spicy-salty seasoning creates an amazing umami kick, bringing out so many wonderful flavors in all the different ingredients.

Spicy Thai Pineapple Trail Mix
- 1/2 cup Spanish almonds
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup amazonian raw jungle peanuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup diced dried pineapple
- 1/2 cup green raisins
- 1/2 sun dried goldenberries
- 1/2 dried apples
- 1/2 cup chopped dried green and red chilies
- 1 tsp lime oil (add more to taste)
- 1 tsp lemon oil (add more to taste)
- Himalayan crystal salt (to taste)
Dice the chilies into small sizes similar to the raisins or if you have fierce knife skills, go smaller! Mix everything evenly in a large bowl. Store in an airtight container or zip top bag.
